Shipping policy 

All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that during busy periods (Christmas) there may be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.

Flat rate deliveries are made through our courier service – AnPost. They offer a next day delivery service within Ireland. Deliveries will be made from Monday – Friday excluding bank holidays. We will provide a AnPost tracking number to the email address or phone number you provided.

Delivery must be to an address in the Republic Of Ireland.

CLICK & COLLECT

Click & Collect is a free service. In-store pick up is available Monday – Saturday 9am – 6pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for collection. For any queries about collection of your order, please email online@theelms.ie.

When collecting your order, you will need to present your order confirmation email (printed or digital). If somebody is collecting the order on your behalf, please provide them with your order confirmation email.

LARGE FURNITURE DELIVERY

Large furniture deliveries include sofas, beds, dining tables or any other heavy furniture pieces. Furniture orders will be delivered to you via a specialist service. When placing a large furniture order online, please indicate whether you require delivery using the available options at checkout. Once an order is placed we will be in to touch to arrange delivery. The cost of delivery will vary depending on the county where the delivery address is located.

Delivery must be to an address in the Republic Of Ireland.

RETURNS POLICY

The Elms want you to be able to buy with confidence. However, should you wish to return your purchases we are happy to offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase provided there is a proof of purchase and it is in a resalable condition.

For items returned after 7 days (and within 28 days), an exchange or refund will be given provided there is a proof of purchase and it is in a resalable condition.

For online orders, items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the product. An exchange or refund will be given provided there is a proof of purchase and it is in a resalable condition.

An exchange or refund will be offered on sale items in the store.

No refunds, exchanges or credit notes will be issued for items marked as clearance.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

We refund the full order amount to the card used when placing the order. Please allow up to 10 working days for a full refund from the date we receive the goods.

Please note: The cost of returning the goods and the safe return of goods is your responsibility until the order is received at our returns depot. We therefore suggest you return items using a recorded delivery service, and retain a proof of delivery for your records. Goods must be still in original packaging, unused and undamaged. Goods without proof of purchase cannot be returned. 

Goods purchased online can be returned to the following address: Online Returns Department, The Elms, Watch House Crossroads, Punchestown, Naas, Co. Kildare, Ireland. 

Goods purchased in store can be returned in person to any of our till points or if you wish to send your item back please follow the same steps as outlined here for an online customer.

Please note: Deposits are strictly non-refundable; monies paid against goods on hold/account are non-refundable and non-transferable.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at online@theelms.ie with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to offer a replacement or offer a refund.
