Orders placed by 1 pm Monday to Friday leave our Naas warehouse the same day.

Orders placed after 1 pm, on weekends or bank holidays, ship the next business day.
You’ll get two emails from us, one to confirm the order and one with tracking when it’s on the way.

Standard Parcels (upto 10 KG) are dispatched on the next business day.

Large Parcels (10 to 30 KG) are dispatched within 2 Business Days.

XL Parcels (30 to 50 KG) are dispatched within 2 Business Days.

Oversize Furniture Items are dispatched within 3 Business Days (we will call to schedule).

White Glove Add-On service is available for packing removal, assembly and setup in room of choice at an extra cost.

International Deliveries (EU & UK) are dispatched within 3 working days.

Free Delivery for minimum order of €750 within Naas, Johnstown, Kill, Ballymore Eustace, Sallins, Caragh.

Free Delivery for minimum order of €1500 within Greater Kildare Area & South Dublin (30 km radius of the store).

Free Delivery for minimum order of €2500 outside Kildare & Inner Dublin (50 km radius of the store).

Click & Collect

Free pick up 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday–Saturday & 11 AM to 5 PM on Sundays.

Wait for your Ready for Collection email, then bring ID and order confirmation.

Someone collecting on your behalf just needs the confirmation email.

Returns & Exchanges

In-store purchases

Full refund within 7 days with receipt and items in resaleable condition.

Days 8–28: exchange or credit note.

Online purchases

Email online@theelms.ie within 14 days of delivery to obtain an RMA (product must be in resaleable condition).

Return the item within 14 days of your RMA to:
Online Order Returns, The Elms, Watch House Crossroads, Punchestown, Naas, Co. Kildare, W91V2TT.

We refund to the original payment method within 10 working days of receipt.

You pay return shipping unless the product is faulty.

Non Returnable Items

Custom or special-order goods, clearance lines, cut fabric, jewellery, gift cards, fragrance, toiletries, food & beverage, and Christmas décor.

If item is faulty or damaged, email photos to online@theelms.ie within 48 hours. We’ll arrange repair, replacement or refund as required.

Deposits and instalments on goods on hold are non-refundable and non-transferable.
